The Firefly Lighted Collar
Our Firefly lighted collars are made of a medium weight Nylon webbing. The edges are rolled and sewn over the UV stabilized Vinyl window, which protects the light source, to create a comfortable edge to the collar. The 3 snaps are nickel-plated brass for a durable rust free life and to give the collar 3” of adjustment. The key to the Firefly Lighted collar is the protected power source. We have created a sealed, water resistant environment for the battery and electrical components. The On/Off button is easily accessible and protected with a rubber boot. Both the Lid and its attaching screws are O ring sealed to prevent moisture getting in. When it comes time to replace the 9 Volt battery, just pull out your trusty Multi Tool or grab a dime and undo the two slotted screws to remove the lid (we even include your first battery!). If your K-9 needs to cool off by going for a dip, don’t worry, this collar can take it!
Warning! Do not to attach a lead to the collar. Creasing the lighted element can damage the collar.
